Admission

Admission Procedure

 

A student who is seeking admission to the school is registered only after the                   
completed registration form is submitted to the school.

The form appended to the prospectus should be submitted in the school office               
along with following document/items:

    1. An attested photocopy of the Child's Birth Certificate issued by the relevant municipal corporation.
    2. Academic reports of the last class studied in from the previous school.
    3. Two recent passport size colored photographs of the child and one colored photograph each of Father and Mother.
    4. *Transfer certificate countersigned by relevant authority. (Class 1 onwards)
    5. Proof of residence- a photocopy of the Electoral card/ Passport/ Driving license/ Telephone bill.

Note: *Pupils who have attended another school cannot be admitted until a Transfer Certificate from the earlier school is produced.

Based on the interview and other criteria, the school reserves the right to admit students who are found fit for admission. In all matters related to admission, the management's decision is final.

A student who is admitted to the school and all admission formalities are complete, is only refunded the caution fee if he or she wants to withdraw from the school. Withdrawal notice must be given within 30 days of last date of the just completed term. No fee is refunded in case of withdrawal during term.

School Office Timings

7:30 am to 3:30 pm. (Summer, Mon-Sat)
8:00 am to 4:00 pm. (Winter, Mon-Sat )
8:00 am to 2:00 pm. (School Holidays)

The office will remain closed on all holidays notified by the J&K Government.
